Meet the Staff who Make edHEALTH Run
We team up with higher education presidents, human resources (HR), and financial officers (CFOs) to provide a top-notch healthcare solution. All team members have deep healthcare and employee benefits expertise. Each person brings a unique set of skills to ensure that edHEALTH is the preferred healthcare solution for your faculty, staff, and family members.
Claire O’Sullivan is edHEALTH’s Executive Assistant. She manages the president’s calendar, coordinates meeting logistics, and facilitates edHEALTH events, including the Annual Meeting.
Stephen Hannabury, Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering Executive Vice President Emeritus, tapped Claire as his Administrative Assistant. She had been working as an Olin faculty staff assistant upon accepting a retirement buyout from her former employer. Claire’s work with Steve, a founding member and the Chair of edHEALTH’s Board, led her to her dream retirement job at edHEALTH. Before working at Olin, Claire worked for 15 years as Harvard Business School’s Associate Director of Special Events. Her attention-to-detail and people skills were put to good use as she planned and executed high-profile events: global conferences; Board of Directors meetings; Visiting Committee meetings; and Alumni Board meetings. Prior to Harvard, Claire worked in a variety of administrative positions at sales and service companies.
Claire, who lives south of Boston, enjoys traveling with her husband. A voracious reader, she especially likes to read British mystery novels. She and her husband are movie buffs and frequent local community theaters and national cinemas. Their tastes run from small indie films to major blockbusters. She’s enjoying her “retirement” and likes to get outside to walk.
